Sound has always been my guiding light, illuminating my life's path with inspiration, connecting me to others, and providing a safe space to feel. It was the fusion of sound, mindfulness, and the beginning of my spiritual awakening that truly transformed my journey.
In 2019, my fascination with sound healing was ignited by the creative work of R&B singer, Jhené Aiko. Her integration of singing bowls in her music deeply resonated with me and sparked a profound desire to share this healing modality with the world.
I embarked on a self-taught journey, acquiring a small set of bowls from my favorite cherished crystal store in Laguna Beach, CA. Fueled by my passion and curiosity, I sought formal training under the esteemed practitioner Jeralyn Glass, the founder of Crystal Cadence & Sacred Science of Sound in Los Angeles. Her teachings unveiled the science and power behind sound healing, paving the way for me to share the transformative potential of sound with others.
Today, I find myself in Scottsdale, AZ, where I facilitate deeply healing sound baths at local businesses and events, embracing my Dharma, my Soul's Purpose. Living with unwavering intention is the cornerstone of my practice, and within each sound bath, my intention is to hold a sacred space. My mission is to craft an atmosphere of safety and nurturance, where you can embark freely on your personal healing journey, embraced by acceptance, love, and unwavering support.
In my sessions, I guide you through breathwork, visualization, and relaxation using Crystal Alchemy singing bowls, chimes of the elements, gongs, and tuning forks. Each session is tailored to address your unique needs, guiding you toward relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-discovery.
